Study & Practice

Introduction to Meditation Course

The ancient method of Dzogchen meditation allows the mind, body and energy to rest all at once. Scientific research shows that meditation will not only change our mind but also our brain to bring about lasting well-being. Attendees will be taken through guided meditation practices to help focus and calm the mind. Attendees are also welcome to participate in our ongoing study course where we will listen to and discuss recorded teachings on meditation and Dzogchen given by revered Tibetan lama, His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.

Shenpen Australia is a not for profit organisation, registered in Australia

Gyalwa Dzogchenpa Institute Australia

It is His Eminence' wish to establish a Dzogchen Institute in Australia. As a centre of philosophical and ritual training, the institute will allow students to study and practice within a traditional and supportive environment. This will be the second centre, after the European Institute, directly linked to the Dzogchen lineage holder, to be established outside of Tibet and India. It will be a historic development that will plant the seed of the authentic Dzogchen tradition in Australia.

Shenpen Australia is presently raising funds to support the establishment of the Gyalwa Dzogchenpa Institute in Victoria.
